Assessment

You will realize cost and quality improvements when processes have been optimized, are commonly used and are supported with appropriate products and tools.

 

An on-site assessment from Prestige evaluates your current processes, which, along  with the observation of staff at work will identify potential process product and tool changes that will speed processes and/or increase the quality of results. You will receive a management report identifying areas for improvement and recommended next steps.

 

We will also review your current product set to:

 

     

  • Recommend product alternatives that will support improved process flow
  •  

  • Identify redundant products and reduce the number of products being purchased through the use of multi-purpose alternatives.
  •  

  • Reduce input costs through the use of higher concentrated products, minimize use of ready-to-use products and recommend automatic dispensing units if appropriate.
